FISH WITH MARK.
Get on the bite with Mark. You'll run on his tournament-tested boat out of Miami or join him chasing whatever's biting in the world's bluest waters.
Charter the BAD COMPANY.
An exclusive Miami-based offshore charter on Mark's personal tournament boat — running with the same program he fishes at the highest level. Half-day, three-quarter, full-day — pick your length.

Half-day offshore program. Sailfish, mahi, tuna, marlin — Mark calls the run based on what's biting that morning.
More time on the water means more shots. Push the edge of the Gulf Stream, run kites for sailfish in season, work the bite wherever it sets up.
Full-day offshore. Sailfish, mahi, tuna, wahoo — wherever the fish are, we go. Mark's personal go-to program.
Looking for something custom? Multi-day programs, half-day extensions, or a run over to the Bahamas — talk to Mark and we'll build it.

You're not just chartering any boat — you're running with the same program I fish tournaments on, on a legendary boat. I'm on every charter, every day. Bring yourself, your family, your friends — whoever. We take care of the rest. Leave the gear to us, and let's go put a bend in some rods!

Travel With Mark.
Small-group, fully curated trips to the world's best billfish water — Mark plans the lodge, the boats, and the program, and fishes alongside you.

Cabo San Lucas.
Striped marlin is the primary fishery here when we're offshore. The spread also turns up blue marlin, black marlin, sailfish, yellowfin, and wahoo, with roosterfish and cubera on the beach days.

Sailfish Capital — Guatemala.
Guatemala is best known for Pacific sailfish — that's the primary fishery. Blue marlin in the spread, dorado and yellowfin tuna on the way; black marlin show up but they're rare.
Tournament-tested. Camera-ready.
Mark runs Science of Fishing — the show, the podcast, and a working tournament program. Every charter benefits from the same prep, gear, and intel he uses to fish at the highest level.
Best charter day I've had, full stop. Mark put us on fish from the first drift to the last, ran the whole program himself, and made it feel like we were running with the home crew.
Booked the 6hr with the guys and ended up locking in next year before we even hit the dock. Mark reads the water, coaches the whole boat, and runs a tight program — easy call.
Cabo with Mark was the smoothest hosted trip I've done. Lodge dialed in, boats and captains were on it, and the fishing held up every day. Don't overthink it — just book it.
Questions, Answered.
What's the deposit and cancellation policy?
Charters: 20% deposit at booking — non-refundable, but transferable to another date or guest.
Hosted trips: 30% deposit at booking — non-refundable, but transferable to another date or guest.
What's included on a charter?
The charter price includes everything — transportation to and from the dock, captain and mate, all tackle, bait, ice, cleaning, and your choice of food, drinks, and alcohol. We run it upscale: tell us what you like and we'll stock it.
When you come in, we have a dock-side restaurant partner that will cook your catch on the spot.
I've never fished offshore. Is this for me?
Yes. Mark teaches as he goes — knot-tying, rod handling, fight technique — and we set the program around what you want out of the day. First-timers and experienced anglers both run with us.
What about kids, seasickness, mobility?
Kids of all ages are welcome — we want everyone comfortable on the boat. If the forecast looks rough, we'll call ahead and advise on conditions so you can decide.
Take seasickness meds the night before if you're prone. The deck is open and stable but not wheelchair-accessible — reach out if you have specific needs and we'll figure it out.
Can I keep the fish?
Edible species we catch (mahi, snapper, grouper, tuna, wahoo) are yours to keep, cleaned at the dock — and our dock restaurant partner can cook it right there. Billfish (marlin, sailfish) are catch-and-release per regulation.
Can I get my catch mounted?
Yes — we work with a trusted taxidermy partner and can connect you with them after your trip to get your trophy mounted. Just let us know on the boat and we'll start the conversation.
What if the weather cancels?
Captain's call. If we cancel for weather you get a full refund or a reschedule — your choice, no fee.
Ready to go fish?
Two ways to do this with Mark. Lock in the charter or claim a hosted-trip seat before they're gone.
